To provide fitness assessments and fitness /class training with new and existing members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To Report for work on time, wearing name badge and full correct uniform as per hotel standard at all times.
• To cover reception and welcome hotel guests and members in warm and friendly manner.
• To check Message book and ensure all messages are recorded and actioned.
• To check assessment book and be aware of assessments/Gym Inductions for the day.
• To Carry out cleaning duties of the facilities including changing rooms, Toilets, fitness studios, gym, steam/sauna rooms and swimming pool.
• To carry out fitness assessments with new and existing members.
• To teach a variety of Fitness classes
• To supervise and monitor the pool deck area, including the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and changing room areas to ensure that all areas are kept in a safe and hygienic manner and that all equipment is being used correctly and safely.
• To devise training plans for members and assist them in achieving their goals.
• To ensure maintenance of all gym equipment and report and issues that may arise.
• To carry out Plant Room duties.
• To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided to all guests and members.
• To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.
• To carry out fire drills.
• To observe all the safety procedures and rules.
• To be aware and comply with company policy regarding: Fire, Health and Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care and Safety.
• To Report and where possible take action on incidents of accidents or damage
• To attend all training courses as notified to you by management
• To perform other duties as assigned to you by management to meet business needs.
