We always begin with a consultation to assess and measure your fitness levels before recommending a programme best suited to your ability.

Combining a range of weight training, cardiovascular and other exercising techniques, our fully qualified instructor will help you build strength, stamina and toning – so that you feel and look great.

Depending on your core levels of fitness and your own aspirations, we’d recommend implementing a regular online training programme to keep you in shape today, tomorrow and into the future. We believe in a lifetime regime rather just a short term fix.

Don’t worry if you feel your current level of conditioning isn’t anywhere near where it should be – I’m completely understand. Not everyone’s walking round with a six pack or even strives to possess one!
