Job Summary

Educogym is an award-winning training studio (winner of best physical fitness centre 2018).

We offer our clients a unique way of training based on the global award-winning Educomodel (Winner of the prestigious, global Getenergy award 2018) that teaches you how to use more of your mind during training.

What that means is that we found in our research studies in East London university that when a person uses more of their mind when they train, they are able to lift heavier weights, recover faster, do the techniques at a higher level and get so much more out of a single session than they would in a normal gym.

Using the mind during training to its full level is the absolute key and the missing link to getting the client into the shape that they always wanted.

In addition, the research showed that when clients learned to apply the steps in the Educomodel on their training they could transfer it to other areas of their lives that they wanted to improve. For example, the study showed that participants had 55% higher life satisfaction, 67% higher ability to achieve goals and 264% increase in their income (on average) 3 years after completion of the study.

Educogym endeavors to find clients who are interested in finding out more about how to use the Educomodel to expand the mind, harness it’s potential and if they want, take this all the way towards expanding the consciousness to such an extent that enlightenment and finally Self-realization occurs.

What is involved in the position:

• Consultations.
• Giving nutritional advice.
• Doing whatever it takes to learn the Educomodel and use it in your own life.
• Telling the clients about the Educomodel.
• Selling supplements.
• Selling memberships.
• Training small groups of clients on our resistance-based system.
• Training clients individually.
• Reception duties.
• Studying our material to constantly grow and improve as a member of our team.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Who you are:

It is a plus if you already have a qualification within the areas trainer/nutrition/health & fitness or if you have a proven sales record but it is even more important that you have the following qualities:

You find the concepts of expanded consciousness, enlightenment, and self-realization intriguing and feel excited about learning more in these areas.

You fit well into the existing team and share our vision.

You are passionate about wanting to help people and make a real difference to their lives.

You are willing to do whatever it takes to learn.

You are willing to practice what you preach (this means doing the training, the diets and taking the supplements yourself, setting an example to clients of what perfect health and fitness looks like).

You are willing to do what it takes to learn the Educomodel and apply it in your own life.

You are very outgoing, confident and friendly as a person and would enjoy passionately telling (selling) clients on our services, products & Educomodel)
